Zomg. You had me at double rainbow.  bakeitinacake: It’s a double rainbow cupcake—all the way! What does this mean!? Well, it means I mixed some food coloring into marzipan, layered it, cut it into squares, baked it into a toasted coconut cupcake, and then frosted it with buttercream and a coconut rainbow. Double rainbow, oh my God. (I must thank my friend Matthew Bathan for the inspiration on this one—and, of course, this dude.)
